Ingredients:
Smoked mackerel fillets, crème fraiche, horseradish, capers, fresh lemon juice, freshly cracked black pepper, sea salt, dill
How it’s made:
I stir the flaked mackerel fillets into the crème fraiche then add the chopped capers, herbs, horseradish and seasoning.
Serving suggestion:
Try with oatcakes or hot buttered brown toast
